Hi there! I’m so glad you are here. I’m Phoebe (She/Her), a Registered Nurse, Psychotherapist with a focus on helping individuals navigate anxiety and worry. I have a special interest in helping those with health anxiety and fears surrounding illness. If you often find yourself consumed by concerns about your own health or the health of your loved ones, I’m here to offer a compassionate and supportive space for you to address these worries.

As a Registered Nurse, Psychotherapist, I bring a unique understanding of both mental and physical health to our work together. I know how overwhelming it can feel when anxiety convinces you that something is seriously wrong with your body. With my background in healthcare, I can help you navigate those fears with both psychological strategies and a grounded understanding of health.

My approach combines a deep understanding of anxiety’s roots with practical tools to help you regain confidence in yourself and your body. You don’t have to navigate this alone.
