Hi there! I'm so glad you're here. I'm Phoebe (She/Her), a Registered Nurse, Psychotherapist, providing virtual therapy for adults across Ontario.
I specialize in helping people who feel overwhelmed by anxiety, with a particular focus on health anxiety and fears surrounding illness. Whether you're constantly worrying about your health, overthinking physical symptoms, or feeling like anxiety is taking over your life, you don't have to navigate it alone.
With my background as both a Registered Nurse and Psychotherapist, I bring an understanding of both physical and mental health to our work together. My approach is collaborative, compassionate, and grounded in evidence-based therapies, including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT). Together, we'll work to better understand your anxiety, develop practical strategies that fit your unique needs, and help you spend less time worrying and more time living.
