About Me

Hi there. If you have landed on my page, I first want to say I’m sorry for the suffering that you may be currently going through.

My name is Phoebe, I'm a Registered Nurse, Psychotherapist.

I support those struggling with anxiety, worry, and fears, with a specialty interest in helping those with anxiety about an illness or their health. I aim to bring warmth, compassion and encouragement to each session, offering a personalised approach to each person I work with.

My therapeutic approach is person-centred and I pull from Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT), and Compassion Focused Therapy (CFT).
